I just wanted to write a review for this company, since I’ve experienced great customer service from them. The filters are great… very sturdy. I order them regular in two difference sizes. My last order, I was one filter short from my order, which hasn’t happened before. They mailed the missing filter with no questions or hassle. They actually included an extra filter as well. How cool is that? So I thought that deserved a 5-star review and comment, since the product is already a great product.

Sent them back. They didn’t fit. One inch thick was too thick. Needed a 8 x 24 x .75 apparently.

I measured my register and it’s exactly 8 x 24 and these filters are slightly wider than 8 inches so they don’t fit correctly. Even though it’s labeled 8 x 24
