My OEM plastic filter needed to replaced for both my furnaces. The filter measured as 24 3/4 x 16 5/8, so I ordered 25×17. The filter was a good tight fit in both my units. I’ll check it monthly to test if it will last 2 or 3 months. I’m not sure why others are having a challenge with size.
