Not sure what to think as I’ve used this size of filters for 15 years but these are about 1/4 to1/2″ too big all the way around & do not fit. I bought 14×25×4. The actual measurements are only 1/8″ smaller than the stated size so that was just enough to catch in the edge of the opening. I was shocked when I started to install and it didn’t fit. They seemed to be a good filter, just do not fit. So disappointed that I what I thought was a good deal, really isn’t.

I really had to work hard to get this filter to fit in my unit, but eventually it did. I wanted a spare so I bought two without noticing it was a 2 pack already! Guess I’m stocked up for a while. Not looking forward to the struggle of fitting the next 3 in.

This product was easy to order in a two pack. The installer of my HVAC Sent me the link to purchase on Amazon. Although it looks identical to the one I removed, I can’t figure out why it is way too snug. I won’t be using the second one.

This filter which seems impossible to find locally, came within two day, was a perfect fit and coming two to a pack, was priced better than big box.

Filter is first to be 14 x 4 x 25 but upon receiving filter, and trying to install I realize the filter was 14 1/4 inches wide would not allow it to go in ,and this is the first time ever to use this brand. Very surprised it was a little too wide and would not fit.. darn!
