Pretty good filtersβ¦. I keep a few spares around

Sturdy and excellent filtration. Highly recommend.

Fast shipping, nice quality, amazing value for this many filters, reasonable fan output air volume, perfect for dusty environments while still saving some energy. For most conditions (Merv 11) is sufficient and going to a higher rated or maximum rated filter can drastically increase your energy costs and could cause premature failure of fans and other moving components due to the excessive strain higher rated filters can cause on all your equipment. Pits my non-standard sized air intakes perfectly, use during heating season when I seem to get more dust than when cooling.

Great filters in the 14x25x1 size and a MERV 11 rating, made in the USA. The construction is typical, cardboard box on the outside with pleated electrostatic filter media inside, reinforced with chicken wire mesh on the “clean” side of the filter. Fits perfectly in my HVAC air handler with a pair of shelves on the side, as my unit is designed to accept both 1″ and 2″ filters. These filters being only 1″ thick have less filter media than 2″ or thicker filters, therefore it’s important to replace them more frequently. The recommended replacement interval for these 1″ filters is 3 months, so I just set a reminder for myself to replace them at end of winter and again at end of summer, when HVAC use is heaviest. It’s not necessary to replace them more than twice a year for me, as fall and spring sees almost no HVAC usage. Good value for the price. Some of the filters on the outside of the pack arrived with their pleats mangled or squished, and two were even slightly bent, likely due to heavy handling during shipping. The cardboard paper exterior is the only thing providing structural support and are not designed to bear any weight. However, as long as the filter media isn’t torn (they were not), it won’t affect their performance. I just use my fingers to pinch the squished chicken wire back into their pleated shape, and they will work just fine.

Wanted these for my rental mobile home, which is a little older and hard to find filters that will fit its system. Not a perfect fit, but I made it work. Really happy to find these, and they do a good job.

If you are currently buying filters one at a time at the big box houses like Home Depot or Lowes or Menards, etc., STOP! That is crazy. The markup is completely unreasonable. It is like buying milk one pint at a time at the convenience store. These are nice MERV11 filters. Made in the U.S.A., and well up to the task. I urge you to look at these filters and buy them in bulk. They are definitely BETTER than the junkers sold at HD/Lowes, etc., and they show up on your doorstep, saving the trip and saving you enough money that you will change your filters on schedule, instead of delaying because you don’t want to pay $21-26 for ONE MERV 11 filter (like HD/Lowes wants)These are good. Get them. They work. They are very competitively priced.SIX STARS – if I could. highly recommended, and no I have no connection to the manufacturer.

These are definitely on the more expensive side of the filter spectrum. After tax, itβs about $11 per filter, with the filters lasting 3 months. So, youβre looking at $4 per month in expenses, or about $48 annually. I know that doesnβt sound like a lot of money but youβre average cost per filter is around $1.50 per month, with a 3 month lifespan, totaling $15 annually. So, for comparison sake, itβs about 3X the cost. However, with that being said, these are marketed to be MUCH better filters, allowing for increased air flow which results in a lower electrical bill. Therefore the reduced bill should outweigh the extra cost of the filters. It also decreases dust in your home and keeps it with an even air flow. I have one HVAC unit with two thermostats (one upstairs that covers about 1350sf and the downstairs one covers about 1250sf). So far the past two days, I have seen a significant change in the quality of air and the AC unit isnβt running as much. Iβm pleasantly surprised and impressed and do think the edge expense is worth it.

If you have an intake on your AC system that is at floor level, you need to change the filters often. We have a dog and I just changed our filter and this fit perfect. My old filter was caked and it was only a few months old. I plan to change the filters every few months instead o once every 6 months or once a year. it needs it and the AC system is working better now.
